Voice call is used to send voice message to group of people, you can communicate more information through voice call. When compared to sms 160 character single sms, in voice call 30 sec single sms, more information can be shared in voice call. Voice call also has promotional voice call and transactional voice call. Promotional voice call, any marketing information can be sent, in transactional voice call only information can sent.

As bulk sms we provide a web application to send voice call. First mp3 voice has to be recorded and uploaded to software, once 30 seconds mp3 file is uploaded over review team will check the audio file and approve it. Normally approving an audio file will take 3 hrs. Once audio file is approved campaign can be started.
